About

Courtney Hite | Giving all she has to offer.

To me, there’s nothing more thrilling about my line of work as a Realtor than turning in offers.

Everything you work for, all of the preparations, the communication, the late-night texts, the loan approvals, all of it, comes to this really exciting tipping point. When you win for your client – when you secure that dream home for a first-time home buyer, or a place to settle down for the retired couple looking to be closer to their grandkids – it’s an incredible feeling.

But, thankfully, there’s life beyond the offers. There’s a time for pink suits and high heels, but there’s also a time for baseball caps and sneakers, in the margins between those listings and offers.

It’s in those margins that I’ve found my home here in beautiful Greenwood, South Carolina, and it’s a city I believe in with my whole heart.

I grew up in Due West, South Carolina with an incredibly supportive family. Together, with each other’s help and encouragement, we’ve built up businesses like Sugar Boutique and Volia Bridal in the Uptown Greenwood area. I’ve seen the growth of this area over the last decade, and it’s inspiring to witness that growth from a front-row seat.

But for all the twists and turns my career has taken, from aspiring journalism major at USC, to business owner and now Realtor, my favorite role is that of wife and mama to two amazing kiddos.

When I’m not working, you can find me selling cherry flavored icees with my kids at the Emerald High School baseball stadium, spending time at the lake or at the beach.

My family reminds me to live in the moment every day, while also inspiring me to do great work for my clients. Because the process of buying and selling a home shouldn’t upend your life.

That’s what we’re here for: doing the hard work so you can make the most of the season you’re in. My mission is to help you find the home of your dreams – and have some fun along the way.

It’s a joy and a privilege to serve this community that I love in this sphere, so let’s get started.

Let’s get this party started.
